A little birdie told me… something is brewing. Greens tea!
Join us for tea!
Open to all residents and owners of The Greens at West End, there’s no better time to enter the conversation, and there’s no downside—if it’s not your cup of tea, you can delete your account anytime. Stay tuned—request an invitation above, or visit again soon.
Have a brilliant day,
Little Hindenbird, branch manager

Meet The Developer (Your Neighbor)
I’m Morgan (M74). I first moved to The Greens in 2014, and I’m proud to call it home.
Over the years, I’ve designed software experiences for design-conscious brands including Bang & Olufsen, IMAX, and Pixar. But Greens•Condos isn’t a business venture—it’s one of those I-wish-this-existed projects. I’m just one little bird, but this project isn’t born from little experience.
The Inspiration
Greens•Condos draws inspiration from several iconic pop culture phrases:
- It’s Good to Be King – This Gainesville native Tom Petty’s song embodies the empowerment and peace that come with having a voice in your surroundings.
- It’s Not Easy Bein’ Green – Kermit the Frog’s signature anthem speaks to the challenge of standing out in a world where it’s easier to blend in.
- It’s happening—It’s Good to Be Green!
- Spill the tea – Originally from “spill the T” (for truth), spilling the tea is all about sharing and revealing what matters.
- March to your own beat – Living according to your own ideals without conforming. That’s what Greens•Condos is about.
And then, there’s the BIG one…

A Little Birdie Told Me…
“The BIG one can never be just one little bird alone.”
Together, as a flock, we create something greater than ourselves.
Greens•Condos is a community-driven online space where residents and owners can be seen, heard, and empowered—to shape our own little town together. Whether you actively participate or just stay connected, being informed helps make The Greens a little greener.
Tech Giants are FANG
We’re little birdies—a little different.
❌ No ads
❌ No trackers
❌ No spam
❌ No privacy invasion
❌ No algorithms deciding what you see
❌ No data harvesting
❌ No endless doomscrolling
❌ No engagement traps
❌ No strangers
❌ No single person in control
💚 Just real community and real discussions.
And we’re more than just a little different…
Consider This
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) has over 74,000 employees supporting 3 billion users—that’s more than 40,000 users per employee.
I don’t have a Facebook account, but I’d like to stay connected with my neighbors—like you. That’s why Greens•Condos exists. Here, there’s just one employee (me), supporting a couple hundred users—give or take. Allow me to emphasize: passion.
Try getting Zuckerberg on the phone to discuss your ideas for Facebook. Not happening. But I do want to hear your ideas. I can’t promise every idea will be implemented, but inspiration is born over time, and we’re in this together.
So, a challenge, take 7 seconds to commit my contact to memory:

The Power of Tea Drops
Transparency is key. That’s why Greens•Condos doesn’t have human admin accounts with unchecked power.
- No account—not even mine—has full access.
- All admin actions are transparent. If I log in to maintain the site, I do so under the fictional account Little Hindenbird, our first appointed Site Birdie.
- Tea Drops record every action, ensuring maintenance actions are open for all to see. And passwords are fully encrypted, too—even Little Hindenbird can’t see those.
- Admin intervention is minimized. Content moderation is community-driven and resolved through a consistent, pre-determined process.
Tea Drops are just the beginning. Imagine spaces where they’re organized into useful categories—like a Room for discussing and sharing tips for Remodeling & Updates…

This is Not a Video Game
We don’t “friend” each other here, nor do we tally up friends like a leaderboard. We’re a community.
- The equivalent of “friending” here? Neighboring?—but we’re already neighbors.
- The equivalent of “following” someone? Well, you can follow, unfollow, or block others to manage your notifications, but follower counts don’t exist. They don’t add value here.
This isn’t about numbers. It’s about real connections.
Save the Dates
A thriving community comes together, but until now, organizing and sharing events has been limited by the tools at our disposal—often by sending a group text message. While appreciated, not all recipients may want their phone number to be distributed, and for those who don’t have all the contacts already saved, the message comes across as a bunch of anonymous numbers.
Greens•Condos has an integrated event calendar where any member can share events—seamlessly protected by the same content permissions already in place.
You can browse the calendar online or sync it to your own, ensuring you stay connected even if you never log in.
What Else You Can Expect
- Have a voice, share what you know—lend an ear, stay in the know.
Stay tuned. There’s more to spill.
💚 Greens•Condos – built for us.
